Sport contributes to the quality of life because it has a positive influence on both our brain and body. It is good for our health, social contacts, fitness and it bridges integration between countries and people. Sport learns us to feel comfortable and happy in our own bodies and during sport we learn both it’s possibilities and boundaries. And most of all: sport is fun!

assignable connection between good sport performances and good learning
capabilities at school. Children are able to solve problems easier and
better, achieve their goals faster (with a more positive and realistic
self image) and can act more effectively. A valuable gift!
Synchronised swimming especially challenges swimmers because the graceful and intricate movements (performed to music) demand both strength as well as flexibility: an interesting combination. How do you provide this in a safe training and enjoyable way?
